How we work?
Your safety and security, and that of your family, is our absolute priority.
That’s why we ensure our screening process is as thorough as possible. We take the time to register and get to know each applicant personally. As babysitter agency, we know exactly who is registered with us and can hand pick the best candidates for you. Being a small team allows seamless communication and the opportunity for us to discuss each CV in depth before offering a babysitter. We conduct highly detailed interviews and collect all necessary documents including IDs, police checks, degree certificates, etc. For further peace of mind, we also aim to speak to at least three previous employer references in order to learn more about the background of our candidates.
When it comes to choosing your nanny, we will select only a few of the very best candidates for you to consider, those who match your requirements as closely as possible, and then present you with a small selection of suitable CVs to help you with your choice.
